2 people in a shared Twin Bedroom, at The Firs, Farm House.
4 nights in the beautiful Country Style Farm House in the heart of Norfolk, with large, wild gardens, surrounded by nature, time to unwind, relax into your yoga poses, rest and restore, experience a deeper connection to yourself whilst exploring tai chi, qi gong, somatic body work and so much more.
In the evenings sit around the fire pit, drinking warming cacao having with long heartfelt chats.
There will be yoga every morning and evening as well as various other practises, such as meditation and breathing techniques. None of the classes are compulsory and they are suitable for beginners, if you have practised yoga before there will be add-ons to deepen your practise and explore variations in poses and breath-work. There will be mats, blocks and belts provided.
Schedule:
Monday - arrive 4pm welcome and settle in. A gathering together session, setting intentions before dinner. Walk after dinner - fire pit circle
Tuesday - a full day schedule of all modalities - dinner – movement and meditation evening
Wednesday - a full day schedule of all modalities - dinner – evening practice
Thursday a full day schedule of all modalities - dinner - walk - fire pit circle celebration
Friday Yoga - breakfast - Closing circle and goodbyes
