Mini Midweek Retreats


Tuesdays from 10am. A one night stay at our Retreat House. Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating blend of yoga and relaxation, set in the tranquil beauty of our Norfolk Farmhouse.

What to Expect:

9.30am Check in

10am: Welcome herbal tea

10.30am-12noon: Rejuvenating yoga session with yoga nidra relaxation in our eco-friendly yurt studio, suitable for all levels.

12noon- 1.30pm: Delicious, healthy vegetarian brunch served in the conservatory of our beautiful farmhouse or our charming outdoor dining area.

1.30pm-3.30pm: An afternoon of creativity, with different types of workshops.

3.30pm -4pm Tea break

4pm-6pm Free time to chill, read, walk around the meadow, nap.

6pm - 8pm Nourishing, seasonal 3 course dinner with a glass of non alcoholic fizz. You may bring in your own wine if you like.

8pm Fire pit lit for for star gazing

Wednesday

8am wake up yoga

9.30am Continental breakfast

10.30am Farewells
